Every installation ships with its own full observability stack — so status is something you can see, not something you take our word for.

What is monitored

• Per-service health and latency for every module, on a live dashboard.
• Per-tenant database size, activity and cache performance — with tenants named, not numbered.
• Isolated per-tenant log streams and field-level change history for audits.
• Alerting with severity gating and quiet-hours control, delivered to the operator's inbox.

Where to see it

Customers: your live status, metrics and logs are in-product under Platform → Monitoring (self-hosted and cloud installations alike — it is the same stack we run ourselves).
