What each role gets

• Employee — Describes what's needed in plain language — a purchase-approval flowchart, a Q3 hiring mind map, a network architecture — and an AI router picks the right diagram type, from flowcharts and Mermaid diagrams to interactive charts, editable draw.io architectures and infographics. Requesting it "concise," "standard," or "rich" brings the same diagram back annotated to the level asked for, and every session, chat history and saved diagram in the personal library stays private to that user. One click exports the finished result as a PNG or SVG.
• Tenant admin — Turns on the diagram studio for the tenant, decides whether AI generation and export are enabled, and connects the AI provider it calls out to. Sets daily and monthly generation limits tenant-wide or per person, with a live view of who's using their quota, and hands out two dedicated diagram roles — editor and viewer — to staff who need more or less access than the standard defaults.
