- Peer-to-peer kudos and badges
- Points and leaderboards
- Reward redemption workflows
What each role gets
- Employee — Gives and receives kudos with quick emoji reactions, earns badges automatically for milestones like work anniversaries, and climbs department or company leaderboards with a live top-three podium. Redeems accumulated points in the rewards store, nominates a colleague for a recognition campaign, and can share any earned badge as a cryptographically signed, publicly verifiable link on LinkedIn or a CV.
- HR manager — Operates the recognition programme: issues badges manually for one-off wins an automated rule wouldn't catch, moderates kudos when something inappropriate slips through, and shortlists and awards quarterly recognition campaigns. Runs the AI sentiment classifier over the kudos feed and acts on culture-at-risk signals before they escalate, and nudges managers whose direct reports haven't been recognised recently using an AI-drafted suggestion.
- Tenant admin — Configures how recognition behaves for everyone: authors the sandboxed Rhai earning rules that decide what triggers points, builds the badge and rewards catalogues, and sets leaderboard visibility and the weekly kudos-giving cap. Connects Slack/Teams integrations so recognition broadcasts outside the platform, and owns the Ed25519 signing key that anchors every publicly verifiable badge.
